This form should be used to file a Declaration of Wetlands for a property on the New Milford Land Records.
This form will list the current Inland Wetlands fees. An additional $60.00 state fee will apply for all Schedule A & Schedule B applications.
This form should be used for projects located outside upland review & regulated areas or not located near a wetlands/watercourse. For projects that are within 100ft of a wetlands/watercourse or 200ft from a river or Candlewood Lake please refer to the Schedule A or Schedule B application.
This form will list non-native invasive and potentially invasive plants in Connecticut
