The New Milford Planning Commission meets regularly on the first Thursday of the month at 7:00pm.  Public Hearings begin at 6:45pm.
The agenda for each meeting is closed as of noon the day before the meeting.  Public hearings and special meetings are scheduled as needed.
Agendas and meeting minutes are available to the public for viewing in the Planning Commission office located in the lower level of the Town Hall, posted in the Town Clerk's office and published on www.newmilford.org

Function: Including, but not limited to, subdivision and re-subdivision application submission and review, recommendations regarding municipal improvements and admendments to the Zoning regulations and zone changes and sign-offs on Certificates of Occupancy.
