The New Milford Planning Commission meets regularly on the first and
third Thursday of the month at 7:30 p.m. Public Hearings begin at
7:00pm. The agenda for each meeting is closed as of noon the day
before the meeting. Public hearings and special meetings are
scheduled as needed. Agendas and meeting minutes are available
to the public for viewing in the Planning Commission office
located in the lower level of the Town Hall and posted in the
Town Clerk's office.
Function: Including, but not limited to, subdivision application
submission/review, sign-off on building permits/CO’s,
collection/release of road and soil erosion bonds.
