Housatonic Avenue Infrastructure Improvements - Design and construction of  Water/Sewer extensions, sanitary sewer pump station and roadway improvements. Value $2,200,000 Grants DECD Urban Action. Total Project value $4,400,000.

Aspetuck Ridge Road Bridge [southern end] - Design and engineering services for bridge 05655. Value $192,000 CTDOT. Total project value $240,000.

Mill Street Bridge - Design and engineering services for bridge 05314. Value $192,000 CTDOT. Total project value $240,000.

West Main Street and Sidewalks on Green - Reconstruct West side of Main street and sidewalks on the Green. Value $251,234 Total project value $363,734. OPM-STEAP grant monies.

Grove Street - [Anderson Avenue to Frank's Lane] 7900' - Resurfacing and safety improvements to roadway. Value $540,000. CTDOT

Boardman Road - Resurfacing and safety improvements to approximately 1000' of roadway. Value $90,000. CTDOT

Richmond Center Re-Pointing - Repointing a portion of the exterior brick surface. Value $76,000. DECD Program Income Reuse. Total Project value $100,000.
