2010 WILL BE THE NEXT FULL REVALUATION 

The Town of New Milford completed 2005 Satistical Revaluation of all real estate in town.

Effective on the October 1, 2005 Grand List - billing in July 2006. 

The Town of New Milford will do a full revaluation (inspections of inside houses and all properties) in 2010.

Effective on the October 1, 2010 Grand List - billing July 2011

  The revaluation is conducted to bring property back to the 70% ratio so equity is achieved
