New Milford CERT held a shelter drill on January 27th at the MAXX on Railroad Street. The MAXX is designated by the town as the small shelter, which would be made available for displaced New Milford residents in the event of a local disaster. The drill was held in conjuction with the American Red Cross, Redding & Washington CERT teams and Noah's Wish Animal Rescue/Recovery. |
