The New Milford Zoning Board of Appeals shall hold a public hearing on April 21, 2021 at 7:00 pm at a Special Virtual Meeting, to hear the following application(s):
21-3148 – David Landi, 7 Pine Lane, relief from section 020-010A, the rear setback of 25’ to 7.3’ and the north side setback of 20’ to 16.5’ to permit the construction of a 23’-3” x 20’-4” roof over a patio with two side walls, R-20 zone.
21-3149 – Brian Arnold, 121 Stilson Hill Road, relief from section 020-010A, the front setback of 50’ to 36’ to permit the construction of a 12’ x 24’ second floor deck, R-60 zone.
21-3150 – Michael Fatone, 269 Candlewood Mountain Road, relief from section 020-010A, the south side setback of 20’ to 1.7’ and the rear setback of 25’ to 3’, to permit the construction of a 26’ x 30’ two-story addition, R-20 zone.
