ATTENTION LANDLORDS AND RENTERS:
State help is here for RENTERS affected by COVID. CT has launched UniteCT to assist with applying for relief funds for rental households at or below 80% AMI.
Rental assistance can be for back rent or future rent for eligible households and can possibly range up to $10,000. Utility (electric/gas) assistance is also available up to $1500.
