The Inland Wetlands Commission regularly scheduled meetings will be held on the 2nd Thursday of the month in the E. Paul Martin Room, 2nd floor of the Town Hall at 7pm (unless otherwise noted).
Please note that the October 10, 2019 Inland Wetlands Commission Regular Meeting has been cancelled and a Special Inland Wetlands Commission Meeting will be held on Thursday, October 17, 2019 in the E. Paul Martin Room, 2nd floor of Town Hall, at 7 pm.

The New Milford Inland Wetlands and Watercourses Commission (IWC) was established in 1988. The IWC carries out the requirements of State Statutes to assure proper use, protection and maintenance of the Town’s freshwater wetlands and watercourses.
The Enforcement Officer performs site inspections, reviews permit related documents and is available for consultation by appointment.
