Building, Addition, Conversion Applications

When changing or adding to a dwelling or accessory structures, Health Department approval is required for properties on septic systems. Some of the common applications we receive are for sheds, decks, dormers, interior renovations, bathrooms, changing the number of bedrooms, pools (both in-ground and above ground) and basements.  This is just a brief list, if you are in doubt contact a sanitarian and they can let you know if you need Health Department approval for your project.


Fees for Site Inspections

$75.00 for site inspections, if necessary.
