The Planning Commission meetings are held the first Thursday of the month at 7pm in the Loretta Brickley Conference Room, lower level of Town Hall (unless otherwise noted).

Planning was established in 1958.  The purpose of the Planning Regulations is to promote and ensure the orderly development of land within the town so that the land, when subdivided, can be used for building purposes without danger to health and safety.
