Apply For An Online Permit

Inland Wetlands Schedule A and Schedule B Applications can now be submitted using the Town of New Milford's Online Permitting System. 

Site Determination Form
This form should be used for projects located outside upland review & regulated areas. Projects that are within 100 ft of a wetlands/watercourse or 200 ft from a major river or Candlewood Lake should refer to the Schedule A application.

Fee Schedule
This form will list the current Inland Wetlands fees. Please note that there is an additional $60.00 state fee for Schedule A & Schedule B applications.

This form should be used if you need to file a Declaration of Wetlands for your property on the New Milford Land Record.
