Crisis Intervention

New Milford Social Services has Licensed Social Workers on staff who offer crisis intervention, advocacy, information and referral and post-crisis navigation for high risk individuals and families.

Our services are available by appointment. Please contact us if you are in need of guidance.  

This office does not provide clinical services but can make referrals to local therapists.  

If you are experiencing a mental health emergency please call the Crisis Intervention hotline at 1-888-447-3339.

Mobile Crisis for Adults:  Dial 211, x1 then x2.

Mobile Crisis for Youth:  Dial 211 x1 then x1, again

Suicide and Crisis Lifeline: Call or Text 988 or Chat 988lifeline.org
